Bookings & Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off details when booking.
  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow driver instructions at all times.
  • No smoking or illegal substances are permitted in our vehicles.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in a charge.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the end of your journey unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and app payments.

Liability

  • Hyde Cars is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
