Eligibility for Refunds

  • If you cancel your booking with sufficient notice, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Refunds are not available for completed journeys unless there was a service failure on our part.
  • Any advance payments for bookings cancelled by Hyde Cars will be fully refunded.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your booking details and reason for requesting a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, if approved.
